Syringa Wireless, LLC, Privacy Policy:
Effective – January 1, 2007

Syringa Wireless is committed to protecting your privacy in order to give you the best possible mobile wireless (CMRS) and/or wireless data experience. Syringa Wireless has put into place this Privacy Policy to protect your personally identifiable information. This policy covers Syringa Wireless and applies to information Syringa Wireless obtains when a customer orders or uses mobile wireless (CMRS) and/or wireless data services.

Personally Identifiable Information
Privacy concerns center on information that can be associated with a particular individual or entity. This information is often referred to as "personally identifiable information" and includes, for example, such things as a customer's name, address, telephone number, social security number or e-mail address.

Disclosure
Syringa Wireless will not sell to third parties any personally identifiable information obtained from the registration for or use of a Syringa Wireless online service nor will Syringa Wireless disclose any personally identifiable information without the consent of the customer except: (i) as required by subpoena or other legal process; (ii) in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others; (iii) to protect Syringa Wireless’ property. When Syringa Wireless uses agents, contractors or other companies to perform services on its behalf or in cooperation, Syringa Wireless will require that they protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this Policy.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information
Syringa Wireless collects and uses personally identifiable information obtained from you and from other sources for billing purposes, to provide and change service, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to identify, create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs.

E-mail, text and instant messaging: Syringa Wireless will not read your outgoing or incoming e-mail and text messages, private chat, or instant messages. Syringa Wireless or its agents may store e-mail messages and text messages for a brief period of time and could be compelled to disclose the messages in order to comply with a court order or subpoena, or if it is necessary to disclose this information to protect an individual's safety or security. Syringa Wireless may also use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service.

Security
Syringa Wireless has in place security measures and policy guidelines to protect your “personal identifiable information” from unauthorized access.

Children
Syringa Wireless does not target children or teenagers for the collection of personally identifiable information. Syringa Wireless encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in and monitor their Internet activity. All minors should have parental consent before using the Internet or disclosing any personally identifiable information online.

Updating Privacy Policy
From time to time, Syringa Wireless may update its website privacy policy. When privacy policy updates occur, they will be posted on the Syringa Wireless website at www.syringawireless.com .
