Shawn McEntire recently accepted a position with Syringa Wireless, LLC (www.syringawireless.com) as Customer Service Director. Shawn will oversee Syringa Wireless retail store operations in Pocatello, as well as, offering support to all Syringa Wireless member partners.

McEntire currently manages ten employees in the two stores who have performed over 200 hours of hands-on sales and customer service training.

McEntire, a graduate of Highland High School, also earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Idaho State University, in 2000.

McEntire comes to Syringa Wireless with over 12 years in retail management experience, serving 5 of those years as assistant manager at Big 5 Sports in Pocatello. McEntire is a long time resident of Pocatello and enjoys all the benefits Idaho has to offer. He is the father of two boys: Avery age 9 and Lawson age 2.
